Admin Settings → Licensing shows how your deployment is licensed and what the licence entitles you to. Your commercial options are described in Pricing & Licensing; this page is about operating the licence in-product.
What the page shows
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Customer | The organisation the licence was issued to. |
| License ID | The unique reference for support conversations — quote this in tickets. |
| Edition | Your product tier, which determines the feature set. |
| Expires | Licence end date; renewal keeps features and support active. |
| Binding / Installation UUID | The licence is bound to this installation's identity. Moving the platform to new infrastructure re-binds it — contact support before migrations. |
| Last sync error | The most recent problem contacting the licensing service, if any. |
| Pending metering events | Licence/metering events queued while offline; they deliver automatically once connectivity returns. |
Online and offline operation
- The platform checks in with the licensing service when connectivity exists.
- Offline deployments (air-gapped) work within their licence period; a valid licence file is applied by your administrator or the IntraLLM team. Plan renewals ahead — an expired licence can restrict features.
- A brief network interruption is harmless: pending events flush when reconnected.
When to contact support
| Situation | Action |
|---|---|
| Licence expiring / renewing | Your account manager, or Contact Us with the License ID. |
| "Last sync error" persisting | Check outbound connectivity to the licensing service; then raise a ticket with the error text. |
| Migrating servers | Contact support before hardware moves or reinstalls — the Installation UUID changes and re-binding is required. |
| Feature missing you expect | Confirm your Edition covers it; support can confirm and apply entitlements. |
Note:
Licence data stays between your installation and IntraLLM's licensing service; no usage content is transmitted — only licence and metering metadata.
