A guided walkthrough of the IntraLLM AI platform interface and core workflows.

Overview

This walkthrough introduces the main areas of the IntraLLM AI platform and explains how users typically move through the system from first login to daily usage.

Accessing the Platform

After logging in, you will land in the main workspace. From here, all core features are accessible through the left-hand navigation.

Key areas include:

  • Chat

  • Media

  • Dashboard

  • Cluster Manager

  • Tamplates

  • Models

  • Train

  • workflow

  • Agentic

  • Document

Clicking on Account (your profile picture) opens the user menu, where you can access:

  • Settings
  • Admin Settings
  • Usage
  • View Credits
  • Theme
  • Sign Out

1. Explore the Dashboard

Start by checking Dashboard and Cluster Manager to understand system availability and resource usage.

2. Configure Core Capabilities

Templates provide preconfigured workflows for common use cases.

Click the Edit Template (inside three dots) on a template to customise its configuration, including:

  • Base model selection
  • Model parameters
  • Knowledge sources
  • Tools and capabilities
  • Other workflow settings

This is where intelligence is built and managed.

3. Settings

The Settings area allows you to customise your personal and system preferences, including:

  • Theme and appearance
  • Interface
  • Connections
  • Account information
  • Tool servers

These enable automation and advanced workflows.

4. Apply Templates

Use Templates for common scenarios such as:

  • Smart Outlook
  • Process Automation
  • File Parsing
  • Image Generation
  • Browser MCP

Templates provide ready-to-use workflows with minimal setup.

5. Admin Panel

The Admin Panel is available to users with administrative permissions. From here, administrators can:

  • Manage users, groups, and permissions
  • Configure connections and execution settings
  • Control system-level access and security
