Cyber Security Assurance

An AI-powered cyber security assurance solution — assess risk, validate controls, review evidence, and produce actionable remediation insights.

cyber security assurance

What it does

The Cyber Security Assurance solution applies IntraLLM's AI, document processing and workflow automation to security-assurance work: reading configurations and evidence, checking them against your standards and frameworks, and turning findings into clear, prioritised remediation guidance.

Because assurance material — network diagrams, configs, audit findings — is among the most sensitive content an organisation holds, processing it on a private platform rather than a public AI service is the point.

Where AI helps in assurance

ActivityWhat the platform does
Document reviewParses standards, policies and audit reports into searchable knowledge bases the assistant can cite.
Control validationChecks supplied evidence (exports, screenshots, config dumps) against control descriptions and flags gaps.
Risk assessment supportSummarises findings, maps them to risks, drafts impact statements in your register format.
Triage and enrichmentClassifies incoming alerts/findings by severity and type using classification.
ReportingGenerates draft audit sections and executive summaries from structured findings.
Telemetry explorationWorkflow Map and Simulator nodes visualise device/network events during investigation and tabletop exercises. See Workflow Nodes.

Example patterns

  1. Config review workflow — upload device configurations → extract parameters (Extraction) → compare against the hardening standard in a knowledge base → draft a deviation report → human approves before issue.
  2. Evidence pack checker — upload the evidence bundle for a control → assistant verifies each required item exists and is current → outputs a pass/fail/needs-attention table.
  3. Audit report drafter — assistant summarises findings and drafts narrative sections; auditor edits and signs off.
  4. Incident investigation agent — an agentic investigation with read-only log tools, reporting to a human.

Guardrails for security use

  • Read-only tools by default. The assurance assistant analyses; it should not change systems.
  • Group-restricted knowledge. Assurance evidence in a restricted knowledge base with Read access only for assessors.
  • Human sign-off is mandatory. AI output is a draft; accountable staff make determinations.
  • Check the audit trail. Workflow history preserves exactly what was analysed and produced. See Workflow History.
  • Define limitations in the prompt — "if evidence is insufficient, state what is missing rather than conclude compliance."
